The Government of India invites nominees from the Philippines to avail of courses under the Technical Cooperation Scheme (TCS) Colombo Plan Programme 2013-2014.
The TCS Colombo Plan Programme provides, among others, scholarships for courses in teachers training and educational planning and administration.
