We, together with my classmates went to Ms. Salvo to have a requirements for the Reads Scholarship, unfortunately, I lost mine. I'm asking if the "READS" requirements are the same of what had written above? Because, as what I have seen on the paper Ms. Salvo gave us, the requirements were different. It has an application letter, picture of applicants house, and such. If it is okay, I want to know the full requirements. May I have it here?
