How to Recover or Find CIGNAL Account Number?

You probably found this article because you either don't know or lost your CIGNAL Account Number. You can find your CIGNAL Account number in your Statement of Account (SOA).

If you don't have a SOA, here's a two-step procedure on how to recover or know your CIGNAL Account Number.

Step 1

First, you must know your Smart Card Serial Number. To know the Smart Card Serial Number, pull-out the Smart Card from the CIGNAL Box.

Flip the Smart Card and locate the Smart Card Number on the backside of the card. The number is a 12-digit and is encircled in red below:

Smart Card Serial Number encircled in red.

Step 2

Using your Smart or Sun Cellular mobile phone or cellphone, text CIGNAL<space>SC<space><12-digit smart card number> and send to 5353. See sample below:

(Cost of sending texts: Php1.00 per text for Smart and Php2.00 per text for Sun subscribers)

After successfully sending, you will then receive your CIGNAL Account Number.
