Global Empire Corporation is an offshore Contact Center that delivers flexible and high quality customer service. Main office is based in Edmonton Alberta, Canada and also has offices in the Philippines, Dominican Republic, Lebanon, USA, and South Africa.
We are seeking result driven individuals for the position of sales representatives in our INBOUND CALL CENTER in Cebu.
• Provide assistance in processing customers’ orders
• Provide answers to inquiries involving the company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues
• Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request
• Must have at least 6 months call center sales experience. (Customer service/sales account experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in conversational English
• Able to convey information effectively with a neutral accent
• Must be self-motivated, and success-oriented
• Must be sharp, aggressive, and has the can-do attitude to meet and exceed sales quota
• Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills
• Willing to work night shifts
• Open to working full time, excess hours, holidays
