Message came in the screen

Message came in the screen I have a toshiba CT 90448.. and since a week there is a wired message came on the screen tells me that there is a USB device connected with the TV and I should remove it and reopen the TV… But there is no any devise is connected.. And I can't watch because of it. ANSWERS:
