Introduction

100% inspection by the owners and managers of outgoing products is one way to assure that all shipments to customers are within the product specification requirements. But then, what happens when you are not around to check? Customer complaints, more rejects, more rework... you must have a better system that would still work.

A Quality Management System (QMS) is a standardized way of planning, organizing, performing and monitoring the company's processes in order to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products and services. Having a QMS quality means less rejects, rework, scrap and customer complaints resulting in higher profits, return on investment and comfort for the owners.

Many organizations who have adopted a QMS realized it makes work simpler, not harder but smarter, with a QMS in place.

Course Overview

This four-day training course will guide the participants through the activities and structures of a business based on quality management principles and adopting a sound QMS. Given the skills in establishing a QMS, the course will help entrepreneurs manage the chain of processes to deliver customer requirements consistently and subsequently fulfill international standard requirements for a QMS.

Participants will also be given templates and implementation roadmaps based on the experience of successful organizations worldwide.

  1. Explain the activities and structures associated with a QMS.
