Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day. I'm writing to you in relation to a case of misdemeanor of Ms. Maria Apple Magistrado. She issued two checks, the first one in the amount of P41,200 and the 2nd check after her husband's dental treatment in the amount of P7,650. Those checks were BDO checks with numbers: 43165 dated 5/2/13 in the amount of P41,200 and the second check 43166 dated 5/713 in the amount of P7,650, and both bearing the NOVALICHES, ZABARTE BRANCH. Unfortunately several days after these checks were deposited to our banks, the same were returned to us for reasons of issufficient funds. The checks were used as token of payments for two occasions of their [Maria Apple and Nicole Magistrado and husband of Maria, by the name of Mr. Jay Bogart, a foreign national] dental treatments. Their treatments took place here in Angeles City on April 25, 2013. Several promises were made by Mr. Jay after the checks were "bounced" promising he would pay, but but until now no deposit was made to my bank account. I'm reporting this incident, because I know BDO is a highly respected bank and you as a manager wouldn't want anything to harm or malign your company's credibility. For I have consulted my legal counsel, regarding filing of estafa case on the signatory of the said check. If you want a copy of the said check, pls, send me your e-mail and I will send it to you by attachement.
