Just want you to know andiyan ako kanina sa store niyo po. Was wondering wala na pala kayong baggage counter. Ayoko lang kasi ung the way yung guard niyo po how she delivers it. Happened around 8:50pm - 9pm. June 25, 2017. Mabigat po kasi dala ko. Ang alam ko po kasi may baggage counter kayo so iiwan ko sana nung iiwan ko sabi ng guard ok na daw but i insist iiwan kasi mabigat biglang sabi "wala na po kaming baggage counter" sumagot naman ako sabi ko mabigat eh ang alam ko meron kayo. Anyway ayoko makipag argue so i went straight sa bibilin ko. I even saw her na nakatingin sakin nung papunta ako counter. But anyway, After ko magbayad ni ha ni ho walang sinabi guard niyo. Unlike ung lalakeng guard nagthathank you everytime i go shop to your bookstore. Ewan ko ba kung tinatamad na yung guard niyong girl or feeling niya wala naman akong kwenta or siguro nainis siya. Anyway turuan niyo po ng customer service din ang guard niyo. Yun lang. Ambabait ng tao sa national pero dahil lang sa bitbit ko na gusto ko paiwan eh ganyan umasta yang girl guard niyo.. maraming salamat po.
