The System Techonology Institute (STI) shall hold the 2nd Voice of the Youth National Oratorical Competition in English with the theme " Rediscovering Filipino Values: I See. I Act. I Advocate."
The activity aims to: - develop in the youth the ability to fluently express their views in English as to develop critical thinking; and
- inspire them to inform, motivate and influence others through the art of public speaking.
The participants to this competition are bona fide fourth year high
school Filipino students from public and private schools between 15 and
18 years old by October 1, 2011.
The contestants shall participate in a three-level competition process: Level
