We are preparing buildings for 3 different lots in Lapu Lapu, and some other project in Cebu. We want to get in contact with a newly graduated arcitect , that can work on this project.
One lot is about 200 m2for combined commersial building 1 floor, and condos/apparthements in 2 and 3 floor. Second lot is for small townhouse Third lot is about 2000 m2, and are planned for appartments, appertmentbuilding ol.
Other project are under development, but these 3 are the most important at this moment.
