RATES:

AIRCON ROOM:

• 2,500/head good for 4 persons.

NON-AIRCON ROOM:

• 1,500/head good for 6 persons. – Interior
• 1,850/head good for 4 persons.  – Interior
• 2,000/head good for 4 persons. – Large rooms with windows.

RENTAL TERM:

• Minimum of 1 month for non-aircon room.
• Minimum of 6 months for aircon room.
• 1 month advance 1 month deposit. All payments are non-refundable but consumable.

Once sign the agreement, strictly no cancellation and no refund of the payment.

Inclusions:

• Free water for bath only. Additional charge for washing of clothes.
• Aircon rooms has own meter for electricity consumption per month.
• Free lights and charging of mobile phones for nonaircon rooms. Additional charge for bringing rice cooker, iron, laptop, water heater, etc.
• Free 1 electricfan for interior rooms.
• Cable TV at shared area.
• WiFi (additional fee)
• Individual locker with key.
• 1 Table and 1 chair per room.
• Bed without foam. You should provide your own sleeping mattress.
• 13 common Toilet and Bath.
• 10 common sinks.
• 1 laundry area.
• NO curfew.
