It is near SM Seaside, UC Mambaling, CIT, USJ-R, and one ride to Colon. Below are the House Rules: Hotel Rules and Regulations 1. Keep the Hotel premises clean. Trashes must be disposed properly. 2. To avoid losing Hotel keys, guest may surrender it at the front desk each time the guest leaves the Hotel. Any damage or loss of the Hotel key will subject to a fine. The key must be returned upon check-out. 3. The key must only be used by the guest checking in the assigned room. For cases where other persons are asked by the guest to get items from the room, the person asked must present the room key, the guest’s ID with picture and authorization letter to the front desk. The Hotel will not be help liable and responsible for any loss or damage for guest’s property and guest will be charged for any loss or damages made to Hotel property.
