Made from lambswool plush. There are no tags or metal button in the left ear as this child's ride on or pull along toy was possibly made during WWII when metal was being rationed at the time. The base frame is metal and the red wheels are made from wood. He has beautiful green glass eyes and his overall coating of wool is in excellent condition. The bell and ribbon around the neck appear to be original. Please view all photos as they form the description.
