borderless printing on a4 plain paper on epson wf-7610

Can anybody help as to why on the Epson WF – 7610 you cannot print borderless printing on anything except Photo paper. This is crazy because a lot of brochures and Business literature is printed on heavyweight paper and needs to have access to printing right to the very edge. This printer is a business printer and should be able to print borderless printing on all papers not just photos.
