Buttons Don't Work on stick

Buttons Don't Work on stick When I pull the joystick to the left the buttons work just fine. But if i pull my joystick to the right the buttons on the stick stop working any idea?

Long time since last response nut i went thru cables on my joystick and all seem to work and conections checked with multimeter. so any advice?
