"Hey there, With the highest of hopes I did everything precisely as instructed with no result other than the camera shutting off. Is there something missing here? I am not sure what the word ""rallback"" means but I'm guessing it is a typo of some sort. What do you think I'm doing wrong?

Having sent this to Lumix as it was purchased new on Amazon Panasonic told me it was from another country even though it came with 110volt charger. OK, please let me know which country and I will send it to your repair in that country. The reply was ""no"". Now that is not helping anyone. I purchased your product but you won't stand behind it? All I did was buy it. It apparently isn't a counterfeit as it came in the box with English instructions so was it stolen? If this is ""grey market"" whatever that means why punish the purchaser? Who would that serve? Especially if I'm willing to mail it to the country of origin. UGH!!!

By the way their phone service is stunningly horrible. Every call I made to Panasonic was a bad experience with ill prepared answers or vague answers or no answers (just send it in for a few weeks). Fuji on the other had has stellar customer support on the phone. I guess I'll sell this and go back to Fuji- great products, great company, super great support.

They are pushing for a law here in NY state for consumers to be able to get things like this fixed without having to send it to the manufacturer.

I would not consider Lumix or Panasonic after this experience. They didn't stand behind their product, it came to me new with this imperfection and the phone service is pretty much non-existent."
