Forgotten password, need help with factory reset.

I bought a smartwatch from Amazon. The seller is Aeifond. I forgot my password and I can't get into it. It's not the DZ09 it's a different model. I've tried taking the battery out, also tried the code 1122. I need help, how do I restart my smartwatch?
