"Hi,

You may have to find the number which is printed on the motherboard to know which model motherboard is installed.

According to this link there are 13 MSI MS-7817 motherboard models.

The good thing about this is that most of them (I haven't checked all of them) have the same onboard Realtek HD audio controller. The latest available driver is ver. 6.0.1.8549 released on 2.11.2018.

Is this the driver that is shown installed in Device Manager for the audio controller in your PC?

When you said ""Re-installing my windows and doing everything once again"", did you mean that you did a complete fresh install of the Windows OS?

If so, have you got an amplifier( or stereo system with speakers) with an aux input?

If so you can connect from the PC audio Line Out terminal found on the back of the desktop to the aux input of the amp and check if audio is able to be heard from the PC.

You could try connecting your headset to this output as it looks like a 3.5mm socket in one manual (bit hard to tell), but it may be very faint, as Line Out outputs are usually low level and are meant to go into amplifiers

If you don't hear any audio from the rear connection either and as you have re-installed Windows, if this is what you meant, then I think that for some reason the audio section of the motherboard has failed.

You may be able to overcome the problem by installing a sound card into the desktop and using it instead."
