I got an apple watch on ebay and the screen is acting very glitchy

I bought an Apple Watch series 3 with GPS and Cellular on ebay and the screen is just having an episode on me Im not too sure how to explain, the seller said they took great care of the watch which I can see cause there isnt so much as a scratch on it and they said it just suddenly started doing this.
