I REALLY need help to fix this black screen problem

Hello community. I've been dealing with this problem for over 2 month now. The problem is, when I watch any videos on internet-such as facebook or youtube-my monitor goes black with loud buzzing noise on speakers. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to bother me a lot, Its weird because this issue never happens when I play games with good graphics like Battlefield 1, or other games.

"Have you tried a clean install of the AMD graphics drivers?

Use Display Driver Uninstaller first which you can install from the websites guru3D or Wanguardmobile.

Then install the latest amd graphics drivers from the AMD website."
