"WDfilter.sys points to Windows Defender not working properly.

Basically what you need to do is temporarily disable Windows Defender and run windows update, then re-enable it which it will do itself automatically later and it should work fine after that.

The WDFilter.sys BSOD is very common fault caused by Windows Defender, started happening a lot this year after march."
