My batteries are fully loaded, but when I take out the handset it dies

My batteries are fully loaded, but when I take out the handset it dies Fully charges handsets from the Gigaset 510, but when i take one of the handsets out of the cradle it dies. And when im putting it back in the cradle it starts loading again. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it dies. Could it be a lose contact in the phone? Does anyone knows how to open this phone?

I suspect that the batteries are failing to hold their charge. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan and need to be replaced.

I suggest that you replace the batteries and see how it goes.

"I've replaced the batteries severel times, but that didn't help at all.

I think there is is a faillure on the motherboard."
