My Pebble steel isn't vibrating when I receive a new notification

My Pebble steel isn't vibrating when I receive a new notification My Pebble Steel watch is not vibrating when I receive a new notification. I can still see when I get a notification because it pops up on the screen but I don't feel the vibration. I have made sure that the settings on my phone and watch are both set to vibrate for a new notification. What else can I do?

No solution worked. No vibration at all even after hard reset

My pebble steel started to vibrate again, after android wear app was removed
