No picture on LCD but backlight works

No picture on LCD but backlight works I'm currently working on an iPad Mini Retina wifi and can't figure out why there's no picture on the LCD but the backlight works. It's clear as day that it's lit but nothing shows up. The device syncs to iTunes but I think it needs to be unlocked or something since it won't let me in.

maybe you did not connect the ribbon cable in all the way sometimes that the culprit . sometimes we get in a hurry putting thing back together. or could bent it jus a little.
