Vertical Lines Take Over Dual monitors

So I am watching Netflix when suddenly both of my monitors are filled with Vertical Lines that block anything else from being seen. Both monitors are attached to a single AMD R9 270X video card and all drivers are updated. This has never happened before and there are no known new factors to consider that i am aware of.
