VR controller won't charge or power on

VR controller won't charge or power on

Hi guys, I have an HTC Vive controller that won't charge (no light) and won't turn on either. This happened after being exposed to the cold for a couple of days. The other controller is fine though. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
