Why is my tv turning on then off then on then back off?

Why is my tv turning on then off then on then back off?

So the tv is turning on, the vizio logo appears then instantly go black then it shows the screen again like its on a channel then back off. Tried taking out the batteries in the remote, unplugging it and back in, unplugged it and held power button for 1 min and plugged it back in, pushed the power button like 20 times or more, tried a different controller, all same results over and over again.
