Why lights does not work as they should?

Why lights does not work as they should?

First LIGHT(not blinking) is okay and another 3 is blinking??(the same time) and that’s happining every time when batteries are in, even when i close up my camera shes lights are doing the same. Why??? What’s wrong? Is a new camera, new batteries… What I should do? Help me please!!!
