Why my device is very slow and beeb while working?

Why my device is very slow and beeb while working? My device has been stop working then it works but it becomes very slow, I cant explore r copy any thing from it and there is a strange sound like beebing wile working ?????

I asked a question about fixing the problem, and the answer I heard was: It's time to use the hard drive as a backup. Laugh

The hard drive head is defective and repairing it does not make it look like the first day."
