Will not charge, the charger is working

Will not charge, the charger is working the charging port on my 10" irulu tablet appears to be broken, is there any fix available???

yes replace it if you dont have one try to rehot the one you have

A solution that worked for me was to disassemble and unplug the battery. Held power button down for 20-30 secs to fully discharge motherboard. Re-connected battery and all started working again.
