Will not connect to internet

Will not connect to internet I can't get my printer to connect to the internet. Says that my password is invalid. HP says the problem is with Time Warner. Time Warner says it the printer. Other devices (iPad) working fine.

"On a couple wireless printers, I've had to actually connect the printer to the system and install the software -- selecting wifi from the menu. Once set up, I could move it to another location.

If I recall the software downloaded updates along with and installing a firmware upgrade for the printer. I would give this a shot."
