"Hey Rafi,

for me it was about uninstalling the card and then finding the good driver. I tried many so cannot point for a particular solution, but here are my steps (accessed my devices using devmgmt.msc in the Run command):

I uninstalled (right-click -> uninstall) the Intel HD card.I downloaded and ran Intel's Driver Update Utility.I tried many many different drivers that I could find on Intel's Download Center, the one that worked for me is `win64_153338.exe`, that you can find here. You might also want to try this one.

Good luck!"

"I had the same issue with the same Graphics card. After a few days of trial and error. Here's what worked for me.

Power off your laptop and keep it unplugged

Take out the battery

Hold the power button down for about 20 seconds

Plug back in the wall and/or put battery back in

Plug in the Hdmi to your laptop

Power on your computer

Your computer from this point may search and find the driver to run the Hdmi , mine did. Hope it works for you."

After months of the issue I finally solved this problem. You cannot turn the PC on then turn the TV on. It wont work. First thing you have to do is turn TV on. Wait til its on THEN turn PC on. Works every time now.

"Download and run “Display Driver Uninstaller “

from either:

https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details...

or

https://www.wagnardsoft.com/

Important to read and follow instructions!!!

This program removes all traces of previous drivers, which is where the minor glitches usually reside. It gives you a fresh start, like a fresh re-install of Windows, if you like.

You will then boot-up and see MS’s generic graphics driver “Basic Display Adaptor” in Device manger.

Install the latest driver for your graphics adapter."
