They do sell repair tools and parts for Macintosh and several lines of mobil phones. Do you get a clear print job from a desktop? It could be your running out of ink, your cartridges are dirty or your rollers are dirty. Try using some rubbing alcohol on a q-tip to clean the ink cartridges and rollers.
