Asko Dishwasher top rack not spinning

We recently moved into our home and the Asko dishwasher too rack seems to have stopped working. The bottom rack is washing fine. All the filters are clean. The thing that spins on the top rack doesn’t seem clogged. The pipe that carries the water to the top rack seems clear. I poured some water in and blew in it. The settings seem right. It has modes where you can just wash the bottom rack but it is turned off. I’m thinking there has to be some kind of valve in the bottom that diverts water just to the top that may be stuck shut. I thought I would ask here before taking it apart. The model is D3531.

"Hi,

There is a water diverter valve -item #314 that is used to direct the water to the spray arms. Scroll down to find the part number information i.e Item #314 part # 8073822. This is for a D3531 XL US so presumably it will the the same for a D3531. The supplier is an example only to show what it may cost. There may be others that suit you better. If the valve is faulty, maybe contact them and ask if it is the same for your particular model.
