Blurry printing on new ink jets for mfc-490cw

Blurry printing on new ink jets for mfc-490cw

My mfc-490cw isn't printing clear at all. its blurry and hardly legible….. I have replaced the ink cartridges-all of them- restarted, cleaned ink and both black, colour and all and nothing is working…. any ideas whats wrong?
