bubble in the screen after repair

I just replaced the glass on a s3 and now have a tiny dot in the center of the screen .I have done many screens as well as digitizers on all kinds of android and iphones this is a first for me and am wondering what went wrong.The digitizer did not appear to have any defects and it was done in a dust free box so I don't think its dust. Its about the size of a pin head and the screen works fine.

"Most likely you didn't properly repaired the device the correct way.

That usually happens when you replace the glass and don't bond it with oca (optical clear adhesive) or loca (liquid optical clear adhesive). I've use to do this, when I first started repairing phones. Now I use loca to bond them, making every repair look just coming out the manufacturer as possible."
