Dock USB Ports not working when Switch is in TV mode.

"I am having the exactly same issue with my Switch.

Before this issue my cooler stopped working and I figure in the internet the diode of the cooler was the issue but it is so small that I end up soldering the cooler direct into the battery with a on and off switch to manually turn on and off it is working good so far this way besides the usb ports issue now."
