"Hello!

To start with obvious. Missing color - check ink cartridge itself, then inspect tubes that involved into move inks from cartridge to print head. If you have no leaks and inks are there (no bubbles or air in tubes) - then you very likely need to replace printhead for your printer. As I guessing - it should be 1 printhead for 4 colors.

That is how your nozzle test should look like

If you decide to go with new printhead - you can find them online. Just type PRINTHEAD and model of your printer. Replacing procedure itself - is messy but you can do that. Don't forget to grab pack of gloves in nearest local shop. And - for that procedure there are some videos on Youtube, and should be service manual (with step by step instruction). Bear in mind - that very likely you would need new ink cartridges - as after installation of printhead you would be performing ""cleaning"" tool one by another - just to get inks from cartridges to new printhead.

Good luck!

"Epson printers are ranked among the most economical printers available, so it is worth considering one of these models.

However, Epson printers can also have issues. Printing issues include printing blank pages, printing problems when connecting wirelessly, or not printing after changing the ink.

Check that your wireless printer is working properly. If necessary, disconnect the printer from the network and reconnect it.Make sure your printer is also connected to the same network that you are using.Make sure that your USB-connected printer's cables are correctly seated in the ports. To check if the USB port is working, change it.

2. Your printer should be the default printer

The Start Menu > Settings > Devices>> Printers & Scanners.Select your Epson printer > Manage > Set as default.

Alternatively, you can uncheck the Allow Windows to manage my default printer checkbox to allow Windows to use your latest printer.

3. Update your drivers

This issue can also be caused by out-of-date drivers. Follow these steps to get your drivers updated from Windows Settings:

In the taskbar, type devise and open Device ManagementLocate your printer driver and right-click it to update the driver.Wait for the process to finish and then restart your computer.
