Have you ever had the plug on the unit become loose?

Have you ever had the plug on the unit become loose?

The connector on the inside of my unit is loose, and disrupts the power to the unit, so it turns off. Have you ever had to "fix" this issue?? I'm not sure if it is just a solder joint that broke, or something else. The unit is no longer support by Garmin, so I'm going to look at it on my own.
