Hoover hlsi 363 not heating, after replacing element and thermistor.

Hoover hlsi 363 not heating, after replacing element and thermistor. My dishwasher is not heating and beeps well into the wash cycle with a H8 error. I have changed the heating element and thermistor, but it still does not heat. Can anyone suggest any fix?
