How can I fix 'trending not available'notification on display?

How can I fix 'trending not available'notification on display? Any time the ventilator is turned on it says ‘trending not available see the operator manual’ and some of the front panel button are not functional including alarm. According to operator manual,I checked the PCMCIA card and it seems to be ok.so what should I do?It is Philips V200 ventilator

It doesn’t seem that info is very intuitive. The problem is your ventilator was previously interfaced with a physiological monitor, and is either looking for vitals from, or trying to send vitals to this monitor. If you call me I may be able to walk you through it.
