How can I remove paper stuck under glass plate of photocopier

How can I remove paper stuck under glass plate of photocopier A scrap of paper is stuck underneath glass of photocopier and I keep,getting paper jammed message. How can I separate the glass from the tray underneath?

The rollers responsible for pulling the papers from the tray full of papers must be cleaned with any cleaning material. It is recommended to use any electronic cleaning agent and then restart the machine after closing it, of course after pulling out the hanging paper scrap.
