How do I clear the water intake of coffee grinds?

How do I clear the water intake of coffee grinds?

DC 3200 water intake ceased. Successfully cleared grinds out of the water access to the showerhead, but believe grinds are stuck in the narrow water intake pipe leading from the reservoir. Water still not moving from reservoir. Is it possible to clear these? And if so, how?
