How do I fix the Charging Error?

How do I fix the Charging Error? My smart watch charges for about a minute then a message pops up saying "charging error", then the watch siezes to charge . How do I go about repairing that ?

I just bought 2 of these watches and i didnt buy the protection plan . And when i got them none of the 2 smart watches that i bought would turn on or charge. How much would it cost to fix them both?
