I can't download or update apps

I can't download or update apps I have a alcatel onetouch and i can't download or update apps in my google play store error 492 keeps popping up i really need help

Try clearing the Google Play Store Cache.

Go to Settings > Manage Apps > Swipe to ""All"" scroll down to Google Play store > Clear Cache & Data.

"Im searching for this error code and i manage to fix this issue not only clearing the google play store services cache or application cache.

if you still getting error when you trying to update your app or installing some app try this Additional steps to be done is to uninstall the updates on google play then update again..some of this basic troubleshooting will sort out the problem of course before you did this you need to have a strong connection."
