I sucked up some water and shorted out the vacuum, can it be fixed?

I sucked up some water and shorted out the vacuum, can it be fixed?

While I was cleaning the vacuum water got into the motor (I believe thats what happened at least) and shorted it out. Are there any parts I could replace to fix it or is there nothing I can do?
