My blu studio screen is stuck on Blu..and won't come on..

Factory reset command isn't going,why?

the link sends you to i fix it studio 7 i enter studio 5.5 and get the same set of instructions that do not work holding the vol. up down and power gets in the recovery but then i get android with the red triangle so guess i now have a cheap dead paper weight

My blu mini studio lte also does not go down in the toolbar, it only opens the applications that are in the middle of the screen. I already did the recovery process, but nothing solved

"if reset doesn’t work then to enjoy music without a pause i suggest to download MX Player from playstore and go to setting and then to List and then to File extension and add mp3 and refresh MX Player and enjoy music in background..
