My phone is switched off due to falling in sea water

Hey does this really help for Nokia E63...??

"If the phone was on when it got wet I would bet that it no longer works. Drying it out might work for a time but the 'high conducting' salt water was bound to short out and create latent damage in the semiconductors which could take weeks to rear its head. It would also corrode the protective film on the circuit board allowing the copper traces to oxidize and short.

Also, just drying out the unit without an alcohol scrub will let the water evaporate and leave the salt behind.

Nokia makes durable phones but this little fella just might have bought the farm. :("

i have drop my Nokia E63 in detergent water an i immdetly remove it from the water an i hav open thing to dry up in the hit ..but it desnt work agin in the morning time i left in the sun for dry even this does not work an i took it to mobile center to check out ...but they say the has been short an cant do anting ....pls help me out to solve this problem ...as pholne laying ded on the table.....
