It depends. I would put some oil in it and it a couple of times by pulling the starter just to see if it is seized up or not. Give it a good cleaning. And check the blade to make sure it is on tight. Smell the gas to see if any left and if it smells bad. If it does pull tank and carb and clean. Check spark plug and make sure it looks OK. Then try to start it.
