trying to descale my single serve machine,now it has NO POWER
we live in WYO mtns..have a well for our water…very good water….I am trying to descale my single serve machine..now it has NO POWER! why..?>? all has been checked thoroughly….I even googled the problem…no help…..I dont even use this machine very much….last time I used it was a few weeks ago when I wanted to empty it completely..so I tipped it upside down…all water drained out…was that the wrong thing to do..??? please help..dont want to buy another machine! …i may not even bother if the keurig is that sensitive!!! pleaase help….ASAP………THNX……..GAYLE
